Shipping Information
All les spritz orders are shipped via Royal Mail
- Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days
- We currently ship to UK addresses only
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. les spritz cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by:
- Incorrect delivery addresses
- Carrier delays, strikes, or other disruptions outside our control
- If you believe your parcel is missing, delayed, or delivered incorrectly, please contact hello@lesspritz.com and we’ll do our best to help.
We want you to be happy with your les spritz purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@lesspritz.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, you’ll need to provide:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Once approved, we will offer either a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at hello@lesspritz.com.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- You must include proof of purchase
At this time, we do not offer prepaid returns labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping and should use a recorded delivery service for proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for lost return parcels.
Hygiene & Safety Exceptions
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless they are faulty. This is to ensure product safety and hygiene for all customers.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
This policy does not affect your rights under UK law.
